Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 banana
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (natural)
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1 scoop protein powder
