Free Will

by Christian Bossert

What is free will? I believe free will is the power to make decisions for ourselves. This is an extraordinary gift. The reason being is that we are free to choose our own thoughts. We are given the God given right to conceive in our mind whatever we want to.

I admire to the highest extent people who have amazing imaginations. Authors of sci-fi and fantasy books are able to conceive a world in great detail. They create a world that does not exist except for in their mind. J.K. Rowling created the most illustrious series of books from within her own mind. She chose to share her greatness with us by deciding to write down her thoughts. Millions all around the globe have been able to find joy and happiness in reading her Harry Potter novels. I believe she is one the greatest human beings of our time.

Every day when we wake up we have the power to make decisions. We are in control of these decisions. This beautiful gift cannot be undermined. Can you imagine living in a world in which your decisions were dictated by someone else? Each step you make calculated through another source. Your dreams, ambitions, and definite purpose in life would be completely controlled by another being. This would be a living hell. Fortunately, we do not live in a world like this. We live in a world in which we are in complete control of our actions and thoughts.

Why do we take our free will for granted? I will be the first one to admit that in my 27 years on this planet, many of those years have been spent without knowledge of my definite purpose in life. This is now a scary thought for me because I know that without a definite purpose it is impossible to live life to its fullest extent. Without a definite purpose in life I drifted. I followed directions and did what I was told to do. I envisioned life following the pattern of school>job>family>retirement>death. Is this what I had to look forward to? This lead me down the path of self-discovery (which has had MANY road and torrential downpours).

I can honestly say that I have found my definite purpose in life. I wake up every day absolutely THRILLED for what each bright sunny day brings (yes, I BELIEVE every day is a bright sunny day, there are just some days the clouds and rain hide that bright sun). I cannot emphasize how important it is to exercise your free will to identify your definite purpose in life. I am thrilled for those reading who have found their definite purpose in life. I ask you to share with the world the power you have. YOU decided to find your purpose and now your life EACH day with purpose. You cannot be stopped in your mission because you know what your purpose is.

Bone Broth Makes You Beautiful. Find Out Why

Bone & Co. 100% pasture raised chicken and grass-fed beef both.
There is a recent movement to consume more bone broth. I did some digging to figure out why. I think you'll be encouraged to add bone broth into your diet if you haven't already.

Key Nutrients that Enhance Healing

Bone broth helps with the development of healthy joints, bones, ligaments and tendons as well as hair and skin. These nutrients are considered beauty foods because they help the body with proper structural alignment and beautiful skin and hair.

Bone broth provides the nutritional synergy to calm an overactive immune system while supplying the body with raw materials to rebuild stronger and healthier cells. This is why it is such a great healing food to have when the body is encountering stress from bacterial or viral infections as well as digestive disorders and leaky gut syndrome.

Finding the Right Stock Bones

It is especially important to find stock bones from humanely raised healthy animals. This would include 100 percent grass-fed cows, bison, lamb, and organic poultry bones. Wild game like deer and antelope are fantastic as well.

Conventionally raised animals that are fed a diet of genetically modified grains loaded with pesticides and herbicides and other chemicals and heavy metals should never be used. The body naturally stores many toxins in the fatty portions of the bone and that is what you are consuming in the bone broth.

It is best to know the farm and farmer in which you can get your bone broth. A great example of quality bone broth can be found at Bone & Co

Why Splenda and Other Artificial Sweeteners Are Making Us Fat

Today’s we are going to talk about artificial sugar and why “zero” calories does NOT mean you are making a “healthy” food choice. These are lies from the food industry. The food industry is incredibly smart. The food industry is in complete understanding of how our mind, body, AND emotions are significantly impacted by what we put inside our bodies. You see, food scientist are well aware that when we consume artificial sugar, our digestive system is thrown of tract. They are fully aware that consuming artificial sugar makes our bodies STOP burning fat. Yes, our bodies will stop using fat as a fuel source when we consume artificial sugar consistently. This means that even those who eat healthy 95% of the time, count calories, and exercise frequently will continue to gain weight and accumulate fat. The food industry isn’t worried about this because they know we as a society are addicted to sugar and artificial sweetener. This industry will continue to stack their enormous profits off our vulnerability until we do something about it.

Stay away from these guys. They LOADED with artificial sweeteners.

I do not want you to deprive yourself from things you truly enjoy. It is my goal for you to make educated decisions. Decisions not influenced by advertisers or marketing genius's. If you enjoy ice cream reward yourself with ice cream. Just not everyday!

Now the good news. This is not your fault, as our bodies are designed to view sweet taste as a safe source of energy. Our prehistoric ancestors were conditioned to view sweet foods (fruit) as ‘not poisonous’ thus a safe dietary choice. While our ancient relatives had access to healthy fruits, we have access to sweeteners that go well beyond anything you can find in nature.

·         Aspartame (Equal) and stevia are 200 to 300 times sweeter than table sugar.
·         Sucralose (Splenda) is 600 times sweeter than table sugar.
·         Saccharin (Sweet’N Low) is up to 700 times sweeter than table sugar.
*Stevia isn’t any better. Find a stevia leaf and chew on it for a while. It is not that sweet. At least, not until it’s refined into white crystals in a laboratory somewhere).
